Musculify Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your item, we offer a return policy that allows you to return items that meet the following criteria:

  1. Eligibility for Return:

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
    • The item must be in its original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached.
    • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimates, swimwear, and accessories.
    • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged.

  2. Process for Return:

    • Please contact us at support@musculify.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
    • Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization code (if applicable).
    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  3. Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase once we receive and inspect the returned item.
    • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the return is processed.

  4. Defective or Damaged Items:

    • If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@musculify.com with your order number and photos of the defect or damage.
    • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and a full refund or replacement (whichever you prefer).

Important Notes:

  • Please ensure that your return package is securely packaged. We recommend using a tracked service for returns as Musculify is not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy criteria.
